I'm a business owner and mentor focused on building mission-driven companies and helping others develop their skills, grow as leaders, and perform at their best.

I build businesses, solve hard problems, and develop people into stronger leaders.
Today, most of my work is focused on acquiring and operating established companies through Gale Ventures, particularly essential-service businesses whose owners are approaching retirement without a clear succession plan. I work closely with teams to strengthen operations, identify new sources of growth, and build companies that can thrive well beyond their founders.
My background spans business strategy, operations, consulting, and entrepreneurship. Before launching Gale Ventures, I ran a business strategy consulting practice and spent several years teaching MBA students, experiences that shaped the way I approach leadership, decision-making, and organizational growth.
I still work selectively with businesses and entrepreneurs on strategy, growth, operations, and complex business challenges. What I enjoy most is getting close to the problem, working alongside the people involved, and turning ideas into execution.
My perspective has also been shaped by living, studying, and working across Europe, South America, North America, and Asia. Those experiences gave me an appreciation for different ways of doing business, building relationships, and solving problems.
Outside of work, I play guitar, train Krav Maga, host dinner parties, practice hot yoga, and travel whenever I can. I also volunteer in palliative care with Providence Health Care.
