I'm a lifelong learner who is passionate about building character and building businesses as well as helping others do the same.
I grew up in Toronto, Ontario and spent a number of years in Hamilton where I studied philosophy as an undergraduate degree at McMaster University. My academic trajectory continued with a masters degree in international business where I had the privilege of living, studying, and working in Europe and South America.
The first two years of studying philosophy made me wonder what I was doing with my life ... What could I possibly do with a degree in philosophy? Afterall, nobody was going to hire me to be the next Aristotle. Who was hiring philosophers? I soon found that studying topics such as ethics, metaphysics, and logic helped me develop critical thinking, analytical, presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills. Moreover, studying philosophy played a vital role in the development of my character, worldview, and emotional intelligence. Character traits and skills that proved to be essential in my future entrepreneurial initiatives and leadership roles.
My primary focus is on teaching and building my retail brand, Holaday Co. I find great joy and fulfillment in inspiring my students and mentoring university alumni. Other than teaching, I take pride in building my brand where I focus on business development and global partnerships. In my spare time, I work with a few consulting / coaching clients.
Outside of work, I can be found spending time with friends, hiking with my dog, at the gym or hot yoga, volunteering, teaching Krav Maga, and travelling the globe.
The Holaday Company
Holaday is a lifestyle brand focused on helping people escape daily stresses and create memorable moments with loved ones.
Their core products include hammocks, bags, and blankets.
I discovered a retail company in need of operational support and saw its potential. My consulting work led to rebranding and restructuring, which eventually evolved into my involvement as a co-founder of Holaday Co.
The brand is available online and in stores across Canada and the U.S.

Keenan Anthony Consulting
Since 2019, I’ve operated a consulting practice specializing in growth strategies for early-stage businesses. Over time, I noticed much of my work with founders extended beyond business consulting to coaching them as leaders and individuals. This evolution naturally led to incorporating mindset coaching into my services.
Business and mindset coaching is a transformative process that empowers individuals and teams to reach their full potential. By blending strategic business insights with personal development techniques, I help clients overcome mental barriers, improve decision-making, and cultivate a growth-oriented mindset.
This holistic approach drives professional success while fostering resilience and confidence, enabling clients to tackle challenges with clarity and purpose. My goal is to create sustainable growth—both personally and within organizations.
Volunteer Work
I volunteer as a patient visitor in the Palliative Care Unit (PCU) at Providence Health Care in British Columbia. My primary role involves offering emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times. Additionally, I assist nurses and doctors with various ad hoc tasks.
I began volunteering at the hospital in 2023 and soon completed specialized training to work directly with patients facing terminal illnesses. While this role has been both demanding and emotionally complex, it has also been deeply fulfilling. I've had the privilege of meeting remarkable individuals from diverse backgrounds, learning about their unique stories, and gaining profound insights into life and mortality.
